Back in 1999 I spent seven weeks working with the Second Unit in Chamonix to shoot this epic chase sequence - remember those flying machines?

I had the priviledge to teach Sophie Marceau how to do a snowplough turn!!!

Great fun working with an old friend, Didier Lafond -Second Unit director.

The Alpine sequence was shot in Lech, Austria over a month and I still remember how amazing Renee Zellweger was undertaking the dual slalom as Bridget Jones.

Back in Austria for this sequence - tracking with Timothy Hutton and Queen Latifah. Skied mainly offpiste, needing a rope to help brake at times.
